Sebastian Vasilescu
LMFT

The courageous step of embarking on an experience of bettering one’s life is not easily done. I truly am honored to be a part of that process. In a collaborative approach I help guide Clients to work through the many reasons they arrive at therapy. Clients seem to have a very clear goal of bettering their lives, and I strive to make this happen by helping clients free themselves to use tools learned years into the future. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families with varying presenting issues, including anxiety, depression, family of origin issues, marginalized oppression, relationship issues and addiction.

As Clients begin to examine their multigenerational patterns and sense of self, opportunities arise for immediate change and growth. Many issues can be improved through therapeutically increasing self-esteem, communication and interaction patterns, intimacy and differentiation of self, by examining life transitions, and personal and professional challenges.

I truly enjoy working with individual Clients, Couples and Families and strive to present a safe and supportive therapy environment.

Jasmin Rogg
LMFT

I believe that childhood suffering can dominate a person throughout life, causing anxiety, depression, addiction and other problems. I work with my clients on identifying, processing and gradually healing childhood trauma In therapy I utilize a variety of techniques.

This includes the exploration of memories, traumatic childhood experiences, and current thought and behavior patterns, as well as processing of emotions, and interpretation of mental content and dreams.

My patients are encouraged to participate also in a few Minutes of daily practice to support recovery and improved wellbeing.

This includes mindfulness, breathing exercises, meditation, positive affirmations, reading, or writing.

Psychotherapy can support you in establishing a solid foundation for ongoing recovery without falling prey to emotional relapse triggers and self-sabotaging behaviors. It is an excellent adjunct to twelve-step programs.
